British actress Lucy Davis, best known as Dawn Tinsley in the original UK version of "The Office," announced on Instagram that she has Stage 4 breast cancer that has spread to her bones, spine, right hip and ribs. The 53-year-old said the cancer is "incurable, and too late for chemo."
