Canadian intern of Chinese origin arrested at NATO's SHAPE headquarters on espionage charges
A Canadian woman of Chinese ancestry, doing an internship at NATO's Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe in Mons, was taken into custody Thursday after security personnel caught her accessing restricted files. A Belgian judge ordered her detention Friday on preliminary charges of espionage for a foreign power.
