Russia's Defence Ministry said its forces seized Vasyutinske and Toretsk in the Donetsk region, 8 and 20 kilometres from Kramatorsk, while Ukraine reported repelling 24 attacks and ordered the evacuation of 525 children from the Kramatorsk area.
