Spanish court keeps US-sought philanthropist Fergie Chambers in jail over flight risk

Spain's National Court rejected the defence appeal against provisional detention, ruling that his economic capacity creates a flight risk that bail and passport withdrawal cannot offset. The US extradition hearing has not yet been held.
