A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent shot and killed Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, a Mexican national, during an operation in Houston on Tuesday. The Department of Homeland Security said the agent fired in self-defense after the driver rammed an ICE vehicle and refused orders.
