A 19-year-old woman died and two men were injured when their BMW struck a tree branch lying on national road 91 in Brzoza near Toruń in the early hours of Saturday. The driver was sober.

On the night of 11-12 July, a 70-year-old wheelchair user was struck at a pedestrian crossing on Szosa Lubicka, and hours later a 25-year-old driver lost control on ul. Poznańska, hitting a tree. Two male passengers, aged 23 and 40, died. Police confirmed both drivers were sober.
