Two fatal crashes in Toruń leave three dead overnight; both drivers sober, investigation launched

In the space of a few hours, three people lost their lives in two separate road accidents in Toruń. The first crash occurred on Saturday evening, 11 July, when a pedestrian was hit on Szosa Lubicka. Less than seven hours later, before 5:30 on Sunday, a 25-year-old man driving a Seat on ul. Poznańska lost control of the vehicle for reasons not yet determined, veered off the carriageway, and hit a tree. The driver and his three passengers were all seriously injured and transported to hospital.
