Text messages reached the cities of Lublin, Chełm, Zamość, and Biała Podlaska, as well as the counties of puławski, opolski, lubelski, kraśnicki, janowski, włodawski, łęczyński, świdnicki, chełmski, krasnostawski, hrubieszowski, zamojski, tomaszowski, biłgorajski, łukowski, bialski, rycki, radzyński, parczewski, and lubartowski. The civil security agency advised residents that Polish aviation was operating overhead and instructed citizens to await further official announcements.

The Government Security Centre delivered the automated warning message directly to mobile networks across the region.
