Spain's entry at Eurovision Junior 2026, Lucas Paulano, performed 'Cuore Bello (Te quiero, te quiero)' at the Jury Show on Friday, 23 October 2026, at the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre in Ta' Qali. The Jury Show is the final general rehearsal, in which professional juries from the 16 participating countries cast their votes. The ten-year-old from Jaén had rehearsed for several days, and the three-minute performance was given in front of a live audience.
The staging, artistically directed by Javier Pageo, is built on the idea that remembering means passing through the heart again. The set opens in his bedroom, where a box holds his plush rabbit Doudou, a football medal and a ferris wheel ticket. A circular structure of 523 bulbs then turns into a giant ferris wheel. Juries make up 50% of the final result, while the public, which can vote for free online from anywhere through JESC.TV, makes up the other 50%.
