Oppo Find X10 series will go global on 21 October in Mallorca, prices yet to be announced
The Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max will launch outside China at an event in Mallorca, Spain. Oppo has not yet announced prices or availability, which it plans to reveal at the event.
Launch date and venue
Oppo will launch the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max globally on 21 October at an event in Mallorca, Spain, where the company plans to reveal pricing and availability. Both phones were first unveiled in China in September, and GSMArena reports that only these two models from the series will reach international markets. The broadcast of the event is scheduled to begin at 15:00 Lisbon time, according to Notícias ao Minuto. Oppo's UK online store has accepted pre-orders since September, per GSMArena, and TechRadar reports that a deposit can already be placed on the brand's UK site. Direct purchases in the United States are unlikely because Oppo has little presence there, so American buyers may need to use third-party importers, TechRadar reports.

Camera system
The Find X10 Pro Max carries three 200MP rear cameras for wide, ultrawide and telephoto shooting, with the telephoto offering 3x optical zoom, according to TechRadar. The standard Find X10 has two 200MP rear cameras plus a 50MP ultrawide unit, and both models include a 50MP front camera. Oppo developed both camera systems with Hasselblad and processes images with the LUMO True Image Engine, which combines tonal rendering from Master Mode with color information captured by a True Color Camera, Adnkronos reports. The official Chinese specifications cited by ABC give the Pro Max main camera as 24 mm at f/1.5 with optical stabilization, and its telephoto lens as 70 mm at f/2.1 that can focus from 10 centimeters. Adnkronos adds that all three rear cameras on the Pro Max record 4K at 120 fps and 8K at 30 fps. Oppo's senior vice president and chief product officer, Pete Lau, framed the series in a press release:
We are taking an important step forward with the Find X10 series, bringing ultra-realistic levels of detail, color and tone to everyday photography.
Chips, battery and display
The Pro Max uses a MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro chip, which Europa Press describes as a 2nm processor, while the standard model uses a Dimensity 9600M. Notícias ao Minuto names the Dimensity 9600 for the Find X10, so chip naming differs across reports. Both models have 144Hz AMOLED screens, measuring 6.78 inches on the Pro Max and 6.59 inches on the Find X10, per TechRadar. TechRadar reports up to 16GB of RAM on the Pro Max, though the global version may top out at 12GB. Europa Press and ABC cite a 7,150 mAh battery for the global models, below the 8,000 mAh cells in the Chinese versions reported by Notícias ao Minuto. TechRadar instead lists an 8,000mAh battery for the Pro Max with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging, so the capacity figures conflict across sources.

Design, colors and expected pricing
Both phones use a borderless design with a single piece of sculpted glass that blends into the camera module, Europa Press reports. GSMArena's hands-on describes the Pro Max as the larger of the two and notes that both feature large square camera islands with the flash placed on a separate section. The Pro Max will come in Titanium Grey and Lunar White, while the standard Find X10 colors are reported differently, with Europa Press listing blue, coral and mist grey and Notícias ao Minuto naming Glacier Blue, Rose Coral and Titanium Grey. Oppo has not yet confirmed prices. A leak from YTechB, cited by GSMArena, points to €1,399 for the 256GB Find X10 and €1,599 for the 512GB version, and GSMArena adds that the phones could cost considerably more in the EU than last year's models if the leak is accurate.
