Former collaborators accuse MP Michał Kołodziejczak of violence and drug use
Kanał Zero's report features two women who worked with the Civic Coalition MP, describing aggression, humiliation and drug use. Kołodziejczak calls the claims slander, and the party has not publicly responded.
The allegations
Two former collaborators of Michał Kołodziejczak, a Civic Coalition (KO) MP who was earlier deputy agriculture minister and leads the AGROUnia movement, told Kanał Zero that he subjected them to physical, psychological and economic violence on many levels. Journalist Monika Krześniak presented their accounts in a report published on 9 October 2026. The women describe outbursts of anger, insults, threats and intimidation. One says a professional relationship with him later became intimate, and that he spoke of a shared future and children before his behaviour changed. The other describes working conditions at Agrounia and says he called her names, phoned her at 5:00 in the morning and demanded work on Christmas Eve.
Drug allegations
The most serious allegation concerns cocaine. One woman says that during a private meeting Kołodziejczak took out a substance he presented as cocaine, consumed a considerable amount himself and repeatedly urged her to do the same. She says she refused several times before giving in. Afterwards she felt very ill, had trouble breathing and believed she was dying, and according to her account he told her to induce vomiting. She says a similar episode followed several weeks later. She cannot say what the substance was or confirm that it was cocaine. The second woman says she saw him taking drugs, and that this was one reason she left Agrounia.
Violence and threats
One woman says Kołodziejczak struck her and then claimed it had happened by accident, explaining his behaviour as 'psychosis'. The second describes an incident in which he threw a can beside her and, when she objected, picked up a knife and said that he would have hit her if he had wanted to. She also says a member of the organisation's staff threatened her with death. According to her account, that case ended with the man's conviction and a fine.
Response from the MP
Krześniak approached Kołodziejczak in the Sejm corridor to put the allegations to him. According to the report, he first smiled when he learned the subject, then walked away and called from a distance that the accusations were slander. He has not answered a request for comment sent by email.
Party reaction and open questions
As of the reporting, Koalicja Obywatelska had not publicly responded, according to wPolityce. Kanał Zero's Jacek Prusinowski asked the chairman of the party's parliamentary club on X whether the party would react. In his post he wrote that the leadership had suspended Kołodziejczak until the matter was clarified but had forgotten to inform anyone. None of the articles confirms a suspension. A former assistant from the Konin office told Głos Wielkopolski that her experience with him was completely different from the one described in the report.
