The body of an elderly man was found late on 11 June, shortly before midnight. According to reports, a taxi was parked abandoned nearby. Some sources indicate the man was found inside the vehicle, while others describe him lying on the ground near the taxi. Police have confirmed the man was 75 years old.
Signs of foul play
Investigators from the Chojnice District Police, under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office in Chojnice, are treating the death as a possible homicide. Unofficial reports mention the man had a head injury and a cut wound to the neck.
