During the Sunday broadcast of Supervivientes All Stars 3: Conexión Honduras, fencer Yulen Pereira secured immunity from the public eviction vote for the second consecutive week. Following the medical withdrawal of Alma Bollo and the prior eviction of Lola Ortiz, five provisional nominees (Asraf Beno, Rosa Benito, Yola Berrocal, Laura Cuevas, and Pereira) competed across two skill and mental agility trials on the beaches of Honduras. Presenter Jorge Javier Vázquez had established the temporary nominee list during the previous gala without opening telephone voting lines. The opening trial eliminated Beno, Benito, and Cuevas, leaving Pereira and Berrocal in the final balance test. Laura Cuevas, who entered the competition as a replacement for Bollo following Bollo's cervical injury, accused her fellow contestants of taking the easy way out by nominating her. Conflict escalated when team captain Marta Peñate challenged Asraf Beno over his conduct with group members, including karateka Damián Quintero. Beno stated that every action he took to assist the camp was turned against him, noting that only Berrocal supported his position. Peñate, citing her experience commenting on eight or nine reality shows, argued that Beno was repeating a victimhood strategy from his earlier season.

Beno told Peñate to be careful because her statements caused him harm, subsequently breaking into tears and walking away from the live broadcast while asking production staff to leave the competition. Rosa Benito also confronted Beno, stating that no one was attacking him.

Presenter Sandra Barneda displayed the initial blind voting percentages for the four nominees facing the public vote, recording shares of 58%, 19%, 16%, and 5.8%. Commentators in the studio debated whether the leading 58% share belonged to Benito or Berrocal, while suggesting Cuevas held the 5.8% figure. The public vote will determine the second evicted contestant during Thursday's gala with Jorge Javier Vázquez, with an intermediate salvation scheduled for Tuesday.
