Dior debuts collection at Paris Fashion Week as stars gather and Jennifer Lopez addresses photographers

Dior presents Jonathan Anderson collection at Tuileries

Jonathan Anderson showcased his latest ready-to-wear collection for French fashion house Dior on Tuesday in the Tuileries Gardens in Paris. The runway featured lightweight tailoring, silk muslin, lace, and organza constructed around asymmetrical silhouettes and floral-inspired volumes. Key garments incorporated cropped cuts and shimmering iridescent fabrics, accessorized with long shoulder-draped scarves and cascading gem earrings. Footwear designs introduced wide block heels printed with floral photographs, a revised version of the Dior Bow sandal, and the petal-soled Dior Cigale shoe. For accessories, the house presented new compact variations of the Dior Double and Dior Initial Hobo bags in supple leather, alongside a biker-inspired bag styled with zippered pockets and cannage stitching. Dior also distributed pairs of Chinese wenwan walnuts as show invitations, which inspired a silver-finished minaudière.

Celebrity encounters on the front row

The Tuileries presentation brought together entertainment figures including Rihanna, Anya Taylor-Joy, Cynthia Erivo, Patrick Criado, and South Korean singer Jisoo. Dior ambassador Rosalía, who has represented the label since 2024, sat on the front row alongside actress Jennifer Lawrence, marking three years since the pair first attended a Dior presentation together. During the event, Lawrence spoke to Rosalía about the Spanish singer's fourth studio album, Lux, which debuted in November 2025 and blended classical and religious motifs with popular music styles. Lawrence singled out the track La Perla, a waltz-inspired farewell song addressing an ex-partner.

Lawrence then recited the lyric "Ladrón de paz" directly to the musician.

Jennifer Lopez confronts photographers outside hotel

Elsewhere in the French capital, Paris Fashion Week events drew figures such as Céline Dion, Jane Fonda, Viola Davis, Kendall Jenner, and Eva Longoria. Jennifer Lopez arrived in Paris following appearances at Milan Fashion Week, where she attended presentations for Dolce & Gabbana. When exiting her Parisian hotel in a white romantic lace midi dress paired with brown sunglasses, black loafers, and a black bag, Lopez encountered a dense crowd of photographers blocking her path to an awaiting vehicle.

Lopez entered the vehicle immediately after addressing the photographers, continuing her schedule of fashion week appearances across Europe.
