First half developments

Elversberg manager Vincent Wagner directed the team from the sideline after his yellow-red suspension from a 4-3 win against Borussia Mönchengladbach was rescinded, a move supported by Bayern executives Vincent Kompany and Jan-Christian Dreesen. Before kickoff, the 40-year-old manager outlined his tactical instructions on DAZN:

“That does not mean we do it stupidly and overconfidently, but from a good structure.”
