Woman stabbed to death in Mairena del Aljarafe home; partner hospitalised with self-inflicted injuries after suspected gender-based murder

A woman aged between 44 and 45 was found dead with stab wounds in her home on Calle San Isidro Labrador in Mairena del Aljarafe, Seville, in the early hours of Saturday. Her partner, who also had knife wounds apparently self-inflicted, is in hospital; the Guardia Civil suspects a gender-based murder.
