World time trial champion Marlen Reusser completed the 21-kilometre course from Gevrey-Chambertin to Dijon in 27 minutes 30 seconds, four seconds ahead of Lieke Nooijen. Defending champion Pauline Ferrand-Prévot finished 34th, conceding 2 minutes 13 seconds.
