Poland's lower house voted 238 to 198 on Friday to strip former justice minister Zbigniew Ziobro of his parliamentary immunity, clearing the way for a private prosecution by National Prosecutor Dariusz Korneluk over remarks made during a December 2025 PiS press conference.
