Poland's Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw filed an indictment on 7 August 2026 against three former Orlen managers for causing 1.5 billion PLN in damages through three unfavorable oil contracts. A fourth suspect, former OTS GmbH CEO Samer A., is being sought via extradition from the UAE.
