Marjane Satrapi, creator of 'Persepolis', dies at 56, family says she died 'of sadness' a year after her husband
The Franco-Iranian artist, whose graphic novel and Oscar-nominated film chronicled her youth during Iran's Islamic Revolution, has died in Paris. Her family attributed her death to grief over the loss of her husband, Mattias Ripa.
