The Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office discontinued the investigation into fraud allegations surrounding the planned 'two towers' project on Srebrna Street, a case tied to Law and Justice (PiS) party leader Jarosław Kaczyński. Attorney Roman Giertych, representing Austrian businessman Gerald Birgfellner, called the decision a 'blatant manipulation' and announced an appeal.
