Lublin governor Krzysztof Komorski said on Monday that air-raid sirens did not activate in 10 of the 17 districts placed under alert when a Russian Kh-101 cruise missile crossed into Poland and struck near Tarnawa-Kolonia in the early hours of 31 July.
