    Keigo Higashino, Japanese crime writer and author of The Devotion of Suspect X, dies at 68

    The author of over 100 works, including the award-winning The Devotion of Suspect X, died of colorectal cancer on 23 July. His funeral was held privately, publisher Kodansha announced on Monday.
