Jésica Rodríguez, former partner of jailed ex-minister José Luis Ábalos, exercised her right to silence on Monday in Madrid as a suspect in the Koldo case, alongside Koldo García's brother and a former Adif executive, over ghost contracts worth 43,950 euros at Ineco and Tragsatec.
