EU ambassadors agree 21st sanctions package against Russia, freeze oil price cap and grant Greece LNG exemption

The 27 EU ambassadors agreed on the 21st package of sanctions against Russia, including a 12-month freeze on the oil price cap at $44.10 a barrel and a one-year exemption for Greek LNG shipments to non-EU countries.
