Cardinal Dziwisz denies knowledge of priest's abuse in Kraków court, plaintiff demands 20 million PLN

Cardinal Stanisław Dziwisz appeared before the Kraków District Court on Monday as a witness in a civil suit brought by Janusz Szymik, who alleges he was sexually abused by a priest as a child and is seeking 20 million PLN from the Archdiocese of Kraków.
