Romania issues first heatwave warnings of summer, temperatures to hit 36°C

ANM has issued yellow code heatwave alerts for western and central Romania through Monday, with Sunday expected to be the hottest day at up to 36°C. Thunderstorms and hail are also forecast for mountainous areas.
