What we shipped
Pollar can now show the news where it happens. Local coverage is placed on an interactive map, so you can see events near you or move the map to explore another region.
Why it matters
A lot of what matters is local, and a list of headlines flattens that. Putting events on a map restores the geography, so the reporting closest to you is easy to find and the wider picture is one gesture away.
