YouTuber Stuu extradited to Poland, faces up to 12 years in Pandora Gate case
Stuart K.-B., known as Stuu, was flown from the UK to Warsaw on 13 August and placed in pre-trial detention, with charges expected next week in the Pandora Gate case.
Extradition completed
Stuart K.-B., a 34-year-old YouTuber known as "Stuu", was extradited from the United Kingdom to Poland on Thursday evening, 13 August, landing at Warsaw airport on a commercial flight before being placed in a Warsaw detention center. The extradition concluded a process that began in October 2023, when K.-B. was detained in the UK on a Polish arrest warrant. Prosecutor's office spokesperson Piotr Antoni Skiba confirmed the transfer on Friday, 14 August, stating that procedural activities would begin the following week. Warsaw police said K.-B. was brought to Poland by officers from the Conveyance Division of the General Headquarters of the Polish Police, with capital-city officers also participating.
Interior Minister Marcin Kierwiński published a video on social media showing the YouTuber being led by police officers to a squad car, writing that the 34-year-old suspect had been brought to Poland by Polish Police and placed in pre-trial detention awaiting further procedural steps. Justice Minister and Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek addressed the case publicly, stating that "millions of views do not protect against Polish justice" and that prosecutors would begin proceedings the following week on the most serious charges concerning harm to minors.

The charges
The charges K.-B. is set to face concern sexual acts with girls under 15 years of age, alleged to have occurred in summer 2015 and August 2018, as well as encouraging minors to consume alcohol. One of the individuals K.-B. allegedly pressured to drink alcohol was a girl who was a victim of the sexual act from August 2018. According to the Polish arrest warrant, he faces up to 12 years in prison for these acts.
Pandora Gate
The case stems from the "Pandora Gate" affair, which erupted in autumn 2023 when YouTuber Sylwester Wardęga, together with Konopskyy, published material revealing private messages exchanged between prominent Polish internet creators and underage female fans. In October 2023, then-justice minister and prosecutor general Zbigniew Ziobro announced that K.-B. had been detained in the UK on a Polish wanted notice. K.-B. had been held in British custody since then, awaiting extradition.
A British court initially approved the extradition in February of the following year (sources differ on whether this was February 2025 or February 2026). K.-B. appealed, arguing that the Polish judge who issued the arrest warrant was under political pressure, citing statements by then-prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki promising to bring those involved in Pandora Gate before a court. In mid-July 2026, a London court again ruled that K.-B. could be surrendered to Polish authorities.

Who is Stuu
Born and raised in the United Kingdom, K.-B. holds both British and Polish citizenship. He moved to Poland in 2014 and built an online career, first under the pseudonym "Polski Pingwin" and later as "Stuu", initially posting Minecraft content before expanding into lifestyle and comedy videos. His YouTube channel had approximately 4.1 million subscribers, and his Instagram profile had 1.8 million followers. According to the articles, his close associates, fellow YouTubers Marcin Dubiel, Fagata, and Boxdel, were alleged to have known about the behavior and remained silent. K.-B. later returned to the UK to care for his mother, who was ill with cancer, and stepped back from online activity.
