- Emergency dispatch activates after a 112 call regarding the residence
- Guardia Civil discovers the deceased sister in bed and brother in a septic tank
- Investigators pursue fratricide and suicide as the primary working hypothesis
Scene examination and victim injuries
Inside the residential interior of the house, law enforcement officers located the body of the deceased woman positioned in a bed. Forensic examinations conducted at the scene revealed that she had sustained multiple knife wounds across her body and exhibited evident signs of violence. Information gathered by investigators established that the female victim lived with both physical and intellectual disabilities. Further inspection of the exterior property led officers to discover the body of her brother, who was found dead inside an outdoor septic tank located near the home.
Investigative findings and working hypothesis
The Guardia Civil maintains an active investigation to determine the exact circumstances and sequence of events at the Agustín residence. Although official procedure dictates that all theoretical lines of inquiry remain open during the early phase, sources close to the case have ruled out the involvement of third parties. The primary working hypothesis pursued by investigators is that the event represents a case of fratricide followed by suicide. Under this scenario, the brother is suspected of having killed his disabled sister inside the home before taking his own life by throwing himself into the external septic pit.
