The highest individual first-tier sum is in Joker, where the first-category rollover stands at over 4.49 million lei, which equals more than 855,700 euros. A single winning ticket secured the entire amount after matching all six numbers: 45, 12, 13, 44, 36, and 37. The entry consisted of a single simple variant that cost 8.50 lei to play, and it was validated at agency number 5005 located in the municipality of Oradea, situated within Bihor County. The drawn sequence featured three distinct pairs of consecutive numbers, resetting the Loto 6/49 first-category jackpot to its current level.
