Late touchdown drives
The Los Angeles Rams overcame a 10-point fourth-quarter deficit to defeat the Philadelphia Eagles 24-20 on Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field. Running back Kyren Williams scored two rushing touchdowns inside the final four minutes to push Los Angeles to a 2-2 record. Matthew Stafford completed 32 of 51 passes for 317 yards and two interceptions, leading consecutive scoring drives of 98 and 79 yards in the closing stages. Williams capped the first drive with a 1-yard run with 3:59 remaining, cutting the deficit to 20-17 following an unnecessary roughness penalty against Philadelphia. On the next possession, Stafford found Puka Nacua three times and added an 8-yard scramble before Williams broke multiple tackles on a 7-yard touchdown run with 1:10 left on the clock.
Philadelphia offensive struggles
Philadelphia held a 20-10 advantage at halftime after quarterback Jalen Hurts threw two first-half touchdown passes to rookie receiver Darius Cooper. The Eagles capitalized on two Stafford interceptions to build their lead, but their offense stalled completely in the second half. Philadelphia failed to convert any of its 12 third-down opportunities during the game and struggled to sustain possessions. Leading by 10 points in the fourth quarter, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni bypassed a short field goal attempt and elected to go for a fourth down at the Los Angeles 2-yard line. The attempt failed, turning the ball over on downs and opening the path for the Rams' 98-yard march. Hurts finished 12 of 27 for 93 yards and was sacked twice on Philadelphia's final drive, which ended with an interception by Kam Curl.

Injuries deplete Eagles roster
Philadelphia entered Sunday's game already missing six regular starters, including All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson, who was ruled inactive due to personal reasons. The injury list expanded in the first quarter when running back Saquon Barkley left the game with a right hamstring strain after just two carries for 8 yards. Barkley entered the contest with 182 rushing yards on the season and had previously rushed for 506 yards across three career games against the Rams. Philadelphia also lost cornerback Quinyon Mitchell to a knee injury and linebacker Jonathan Greenard to an ankle issue during the contest. Backup running back Tank Bigsby required assistance off the field after a heavy collision late in the fourth quarter, while Rams receiver Konata Mumpfield exited with a shoulder injury.
