Pixel Buds 2a, eero 6+, and iPads hit record lows as Amazon Prime Day enters final day
Amazon's summer sale wraps up June 26, with deep discounts on Google earbuds, mesh routers, board games, vacuums, and headphones, while Apple's recent price hikes make Windows laptops and clearance iPads an attractive buy.
Amazon's mid-summer sale
Amazon Prime Day 2026 is underway and ends at midnight on June 26. The event is cutting prices across categories, from audio and smart home gear to board games and home appliances. Several products are at their lowest prices ever.
Audio, earbuds, and routers
Google Pixel Buds 2a with active noise cancellation dropped to $99 (a $30 saving). The eero 6+ three-pack mesh Wi‑Fi system is $194.99, a $105 discount from the usual $299.99, and the set doubles as a smart‑home hub. The Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S3 over‑ear headphones, praised for their detailed sound, are $409.99 in the US (was $479.99) and £255 in the UK (was £399). Amazon’s own Echo Spot alarm clock and speaker is $44.99, the Fire TV 4K Plus is $24.99, and the Kindle Paperwhite is $124.99.
Board games and home cleaning
Catan’s classic base game is $29.99, a 45% saving off the regular price of about $54.53. Bissell’s Cleanview Max Tangle‑Free vacuum is $99.99 (was $169.99) and the Little Green Mini portable cleaner is $79.99 (was $99.99).

Apple’s price hike and the Windows opportunity
Apple raised MacBook prices earlier this week because of the global memory shortage. The MacBook Neo now starts at $699 (up $100), the MacBook Air M5 at $1,299 (up $200), and the 14‑inch MacBook Pro M5 at $1,999 (up $300). Those increases arrive just as Prime Day offers alternatives: Windows 11 laptops from Dell, Acer, and others are competing on price, performance, and design, and many appear in the sale.
iPad clearance before the hike
Apple’s new list price for the M4 iPad Air (128 GB, Wi‑Fi) is $749, but Best Buy still has the tablet for $519, a discount of $230. The LTE model is $699 at Amazon, $200 off. The entry‑level iPad and iPad Pro are also seeing discounts while retail inventories last.
