Warmia and Mazury to launch 300 PLN autumn tourism vouchers across three rounds
The Warmia and Mazury Regional Tourism Organisation will offer 300 PLN subsidies for two-night autumn stays to stimulate domestic tourism in north-eastern Poland.
Autumn voucher terms and eligibility
The Warmia and Mazury Regional Tourism Organisation is preparing to launch the Warmian-Masurian Tourism Voucher programme for the autumn season. The regional initiative will provide electronic vouchers worth 300 PLN to subsidise accommodation costs for adult Polish citizens. Beneficiaries will include seniors aged 60 and older on the day of code generation, as well as holders of an active Large Family Card. A third general category of adult applicants will be funded solely through the regional tourism organisation without ministerial co-financing. The programme seeks to stimulate domestic visitor traffic and promote the area as an attractive and safe travel destination.
The regional authority confirmed the preparations for the upcoming scheme:
Preparations are underway to launch the programme, under which it will be possible to receive a voucher worth 300 PLN as co-financing for accommodation services provided within the voivodeship.
Each participant will be limited to receiving a single voucher throughout the entire duration of the programme.
Booking conditions and direct reservations
The voucher will function as a unique digital code assigned directly to the participant. It will be valid for one booking covering a minimum of two consecutive nights at participating lodging establishments. Beneficiaries must book accommodations directly with the venue via telephone, email, or official website contact forms. The regulations explicitly prohibit the use of external booking portals or commercial third-party intermediaries to redeem the discount.
Lodging operators joining the scheme will appear on an official registry scheduled for publication in mid-September 2026. Detailed operational guidelines will be released at the beginning of September 2026. Vouchers that are not redeemed during their designated validity window cannot be extended, regenerated, transferred to subsequent rounds, or replaced.
Phased application schedule
The voucher distribution will operate across three successive intake cycles running from late September through November 2026. Applications for the first round will open on 29 September 2026, covering stays from 30 September to 18 October 2026. The second application window will open on 19 October 2026 for travel between 20 October and 8 November 2026. The third phase will accept submissions starting 9 November 2026 for stays from 10 November to 30 November 2026.

Regional funding and border support
The Warmian-Masurian voucher project carries a total budget of 4,028,000 PLN. The Ministry of Sport and Tourism provides 1.5 million PLN of that total through a ministerial grant. The initiative forms part of a wider government support effort that distributed 6 million PLN among four winning bids submitted by regional organisations.

The state funding aims to restore tourism flows in border voivodeships, including Warmian-Masurian, Podlaskie, Lubelskie, and Podkarpackie. These regions experienced reductions in tourist visits and private investment following geopolitical developments near the eastern border. Programme resources will fund direct accommodation discounts, regional marketing campaigns, and digital system administration.
