Agapinos issued a public statement announcing that the legal defense will refrain from participating in televised broadcasts or media debates regarding the case.

Phone records and absence of video surveillance

Judicial authorities are awaiting a formal decree from the Athens Misdemeanours Council regarding the examining magistrate's request to lift telecommunications confidentiality for the involved parties.
