Following the discovery, the witness immediately contacted emergency services by calling 112 to report the situation to local dispatchers. Emergency operators received the alert at 7:00 AM regarding an individual lying motionless on the park grounds. Both a police patrol unit and a specialized medical rescue team were dispatched to the Ochota location. Medical personnel examined the individual on site and confirmed the man had died before assistance arrived.

At 7:00 we received information that a man was lying in Park Pięciu Sióstr. Our patrol and a medical rescue team were dispatched to the scene. It turned out that the man was dead. The deceased is a 31-year-old citizen of India.

Evidence and exclusion of robbery motive
