The 2027 stadium run
Sam Fender will tour stadiums across the UK and Ireland in summer 2027, under the name Proper Massive Stadium Tour. The shows are described as his biggest headline performances to date, with two nights at Wembley Stadium in London on 18 and 20 June 2027. The UK leg opens with two nights at St James' Park in Newcastle on 3 and 5 June, followed by Principality Stadium in Cardiff on 10 June. Later dates move to Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh on 8 July and to two nights at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester on 15 and 17 July. Wunderhorse, the British rock band, will support Fender at every UK stadium date.
Dublin and Belgium
A headline show at Marlay Park in Dublin is set for 1 July 2027, subject to licence. Marlay Park remains a key venue for large outdoor concerts in Ireland, according to the Irish Independent. The concert comes just before Fender's first European festival headline slot at Rock Werchter in Belgium on 3 July 2027. Rock Werchter runs from 1 to 4 July 2027 near the village that gave the festival its name in Flemish Brabant, and it announced the booking on 21 October 2026. Muse is already on the bill for 2 July, while Tame Impala, SOMBR and Angele are listed for 4 July. VRT NWS reports that Fender had to cancel his 2025 Rock Werchter set at short notice because of vocal problems, so the Belgian date is a second chance for him and the festival.
Tickets and presales
General sale opens at 9:30am on 30 October 2026. Dublin tickets are priced from 76.25 euros, including booking fees, according to RTE. Fans who pre-order Fender's upcoming fourth album, SF4, from his official store get presale access, provided they order before 9:30am on 26 October 2026. Presale entry does not guarantee tickets. Sites including Ticketmaster are named as places to buy, and more details are available on the artist's website. The fan pre-sale for the tour is already open.
Album, teaser and rumours
Fender has confirmed he is working on a fourth studio album. His third album, People Watching, came out in 2025 through Polydor Records and won that year's Mercury Prize. The announcement followed a teaser on social media in which Fender and his bandmates dressed as Lord of the Rings characters and lit beacons at stadium sites. The Independent reports that his duet with Olivia Dean, Rein Me In, spent 23 weeks in total at Number One in the UK. Rumours that he will headline Glastonbury next year, where he last performed on the Pyramid Stage in 2022, continue to circulate, but no source confirms a Glastonbury booking.
What comes next
General sale begins on 30 October 2026, and the first Wembley show follows on 18 June 2027. The Marlay Park date still depends on a licence, and RTE notes that presale entry does not guarantee a ticket. Rock Werchter has promised further names for its 2027 line-up soon. Muse, Tame Impala, SOMBR and Angele are already confirmed for the festival, which will be Fender's first European headline slot.
