Danae Barka and her partner Fanis Botsis gathered family and close friends for a pre-wedding party on Friday night, 12 June, along the coast. The presenter and actress, who is to marry the catering entrepreneur today, appeared in photos posted by colleague and friend Aris Kavatzikis on social media. She wore a long white dress with a sheer lower section, described by multiple outlets as reminiscent of a wedding gown. Guests included her mother, actress Vicky Stavropoulou, and the celebration lasted into the early hours.

Aris Kavatzikis captioned an Instagram story with the words “Love you, bride,” while Hatzipanagiotis revealed on the show Studio 4 that he and Barka’s father will likely accompany her to the church. He added that the wedding itself is something he views as secondary to the joy he sees in the couple.
