Two siblings, aged 8 and 10, found dead in parked car in British Bases, Cyprus; parents held for negligence

An 8-year-old and a 10-year-old were found lifeless in a vehicle outside a home in Xylofagou, within the British Bases of Dhekelia, on Sunday afternoon. Their father and stepmother have been arrested on suspicion of negligence.
