Prosecutors in Naples North have sought a restraining order against the parents of Martina Carbonaro, a 14-year-old killed by her ex-boyfriend in 2025, after they allegedly threatened his family during the first hearing of his trial. Family attorney Sergio Pisani said the state never provided psychological support and is now 'process[ing] the grief'.
