NATO general unveils 'theory of victory': block, blunt and break in a Russian attack
Supreme Allied Commander Europe Alexus Grynkewich presented the plan at the Warsaw Security Forum on Monday, 12 October. He said the alliance does not consider a military confrontation with Russia imminent or inevitable.
