Twenty-one states sue EPA over repeal of power plant carbon emission standards
A coalition of 21 states, Washington, D.C., and four cities filed a federal lawsuit challenging the Environmental Protection Agency's decision to eliminate carbon emissions limits for coal- and gas-fired power plants.
