Gordon Ramsay to become first-time grandfather as daughter Holly announces pregnancy with Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty

On Saturday, Holly Ramsay shared a photo on Instagram showing her baby bump and gazing at her husband. "Baby Ramsay-Peaty coming December 2026. We can't wait to meet our baby girl," she wrote. The 26-year-old model and influencer is the daughter of TV chef Gordon Ramsay.

Gordon Ramsay was quick to respond:

Congratulations to you both sending lots of love, Dad. I'm going to be a very over excited Grandad especially this Christmas.

A new family chapter

The baby will be the first grandchild for Gordon and Tana Ramsay, who have six children. Holly's sister Tilly Ramsay reacted on Instagram, calling it "the best news ever".

Adam Peaty, 31, is already a father to a five-year-old son from a previous relationship with artist Eirianedd Munro. The Olympic champion has won eight medals across four Games, including three golds, and is the first British swimmer to retain an Olympic title.

Wedding shadowed by family rift

The couple married on 27 December 2025 at Bath Abbey, a star-studded event attended by the Beckham family and Dragons' Den star Sara Davies. Holly's sisters Tilly and Megan served as bridesmaids alongside Adam's sister Bethany. But the celebration was darkened by family tensions: Peaty's parents, Caroline and Mark, were not invited. His mother told the Daily Mail that the exclusion felt like "they had cut her heart out".

The pregnancy post drew warm messages from Victoria Beckham, who wrote an emphatic "Congratulations!!!!!!", and her son Romeo Beckham, along with sports presenter Natalie Pinkham and athlete Ross Edgley. The couple's relationship began after they met through Tilly Ramsay, who appeared with Peaty on BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing in 2021. They got engaged in September 2024 during a holiday in Crete.
