The foundation, which has operated for two years, organized the Polish-American Economic Summit in New York to conclude alongside the President's attendance at the United Nations General Assembly. Following diplomatic meetings and a church service, Nawrocki's official schedule included presenting state decorations and attending a summit cocktail reception. Journalists obtained an internal price list showing structured commercial tiers offering varying degrees of proximity to the head of state.

Tiered pricing and VIP access levels

Under the foundation's pricing structure, the top Platinum package is priced at $100,000 (equivalent to approximately 380,000 zlotys) and is restricted to a single corporate donor per event. According to sources cited in the investigation, the Platinum package guarantees full VIP zone access and a private one-on-one meeting with President Nawrocki. The Gold package costs $50,000 (around 190,000 zlotys), with four packages made available for meetings with the president in a small group format. The Silver tier costs $25,000 (nearly 95,000 zlotys), allowing representatives from eight companies to interact with Nawrocki in a broader VIP setting. Although the foundation's published price sheet does not explicitly write that purchases guarantee private presidential meetings, corporate participants and organizers confirmed that commercial tiers determine the degree of access.

Presidential Chancellery links and corporate solicitations

The investigation documented that official invitations to large enterprises were distributed directly from the email address of Karol Rabenda, a minister in the Chancellery of the President of Poland. When prospective corporate attendees asked for event logistics and details, Rabenda directed them to contact the Foundation Center for Development Strategies. Representatives of American corporations reported that subsequent meetings with the foundation involved explicit solicitations to purchase sponsorship packages. Non-paying guests invited through official presidential channels could attend general summit proceedings but remained in general audience areas, while paying donors obtained tiered access. The New York summit follows an earlier foundation event held in Warsaw in June 2026, where Nawrocki also appeared as the central figure.

Foundation personnel and lack of official response

Personnel affiliated with the Foundation Center for Development Strategies include former appointees to State Treasury companies who served during the government of former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. The foundation's wider leadership and advisory circles also include individuals with ties to presidential advisory bodies. Radio ZET and Newsweek submitted detailed inquiries to the Chancellery of the President regarding the summit's operational arrangements, ministerial email outreach, and the commercial package structure. The presidential administration did not provide responses to the journalists' questions regarding the event sponsorship mechanisms. The summit in New York represents the second large gathering organized by the foundation around the Polish head of state.
