On Saturday, 3 October at 10:00, Bremen Cathedral (Bremer Dom) will host the official festive church service for invited guests. The service will be transmitted live onto large video screens positioned across the festival area and broadcast nationwide on public television channel ZDF, coinciding with the morning reopening of the general festival grounds at 10:00.

Government exhibits and political engagement
Federal institutions and political bodies will maintain a dedicated presence near the Weserstadion during the three-day gathering. Nina Warken (CDU), the head of the Federal Chancellery, is scheduled to speak during an evening panel at the dialogue forum on Friday at 18:00. In addition, an interactive model of the Bundestag plenary chamber will invite attendees to participate in simulated parliamentary debates. These legislative simulation sessions will run from 16:00 on Friday and continue from 10:00 on both Saturday and Sunday.
Interactive installations and hands-on activities
Cultural and creative activities will begin prior to the main civic opening on Friday morning. The church Unser Lieben Frau, located adjacent to the town hall, will open its doors at 11:00 on Friday, allowing attendees to swing through the church interior on a 14-metre-long suspended swing while sampling beverages. On the Osterdeich, younger visitors will have the opportunity to build a model of the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie using Lego blocks. In the Park am Altenwall, participants can construct a wooden interpretation of the Brandenburg Gate titled the 'Bremerburger Tor'. Furthermore, competitive soapbox racing is scheduled near the BLG Container Stage, with all three interactive workshops operating through Sunday.
Regional culinary stands and live music
The festival features extensive culinary zones across the city representing Germany's federal states and emergency services, with stands opening at 16:00 on Friday. Rhineland-Palatinate will serve regional wines from an installation billed as the world's largest wine crate along the Ländermeile promenade. Nearby, the state of Saarland will offer regional currywurst, while the Bundeswehr will distribute field-kitchen pea soup along the Blaulichtmeile service area. Evening musical performances will start at 19:30 on Friday across multiple open-air venues with free admission for all attendees. The Osterdeich stage will host concerts by pop singer Lotte and band ClockClock, while the BLG Container Stage will feature a live performance by rapper Sinus.
