What's next: a swift Wimbledon rematch
The draw for Wimbledon, which begins on Tuesday 30 June, has pitted Bergs and Humbert against each other in the first round. The two will meet on grass again just two days after their Eastbourne final. Humbert, the world number 30, was seeking his eighth career title and has now lost three straight finals (Stockholm, Adelaide, Eastbourne) since his last triumph in Marseille in early 2025. Bergs rises to a career-high world number 37.
