California judge approves Zahara Jolie's petition to drop father Brad Pitt's surname
Zahara Marley Jolie-Pitt has officially changed her name to Zahara Marley Jolie after a California judge approved the petition on 28 September 2026, making her the third child of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt to drop the surname.

The 18-year-old filed a petition in Los Angeles on her 18th birthday, joining three older siblings who have also moved to remove Pitt from their legal names. A court hearing is scheduled for 2 November.
