Lower Silesia's provincial board dismissed KARR president Hubert Papaj and the entire supervisory board on 14 August, after 4.5 million zł in flood relief was routed to three entities linked to vice-president Anna Konieczyńska, a KO activist. Prosecutors and the CBA are investigating.
