Iran says US peace memorandum won't be signed on Sunday, blames American hesitation

The signing of the Islamabad Memorandum between Iran and the United States will not take place on Sunday, Iran's foreign ministry said, as the deal faces last-minute uncertainty due to what it called American indecisiveness. The door remains open for the 14-point ceasefire agreement to be signed in the coming days.
