Craig Bowe, on a family day trip, dived into the incoming tide three times on Wednesday evening to pull Shally and Samiha Rahman from the water, but the 41-year-old and her 15-year-old daughter died. A seven-year-old boy was airlifted to hospital, where he remains critical.
